1jj5 Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

1jj5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

When you register on 1jj5, you create a personal account that is solely yours. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your 1jj5 account. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 1jj5 customer support immediately via live chat or email.
• Only one 1jj5 account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to open multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — constitute fraud.
• 1jj5 may carry out identity verification checks using the details you provide at registration. Your account may be suspended during verification.
• Account details including your registered mobile number and payment method must remain current. You are responsible for updating them if they change.
• 1jj5 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, or gift your account to another person.

All financial transactions on 1jj5 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount on 1jj5 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 1jj5 may apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion for security or responsible gaming purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.
• Deposits must come from accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed.

• Funds deposited on 1jj5 may not be transferred to another user's account under any circumstances.

The following rules apply to all bets placed across all 1jj5 products including sports betting, PSL betting, football betting, virtual sports, and any other markets offered on the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 1jj5, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless a cash-out option is available and exercised before the event outcome is determined.
• The minimum bet amount is Rs 100 per selection unless stated otherwise in the specific sport or market rules.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and events. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
• 1jj5 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human error.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned, or declared void, all pre-match bets on that event will be refunded at the original stake. Settlement of partially completed events follows the specific sport rules published on 1jj5.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and network conditions. If an in-play bet cannot be processed due to connectivity issues, the bet will not be placed and no stake will be deducted.
• Settlement of all bets on 1jj5 is based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In the event of a dispute about a result, the official result takes precedence.
• Winnings are credited to your 1jj5 wallet within minutes of the official result being confirmed.

1jj5 offers various promotional bonuses including the welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, free bets, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• The standard welcome bonus on 1jj5 is a 100% match on your first deposit up to Rs 50,000. This offer is available to new users only and can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms on 1jj5.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• 1jj5 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or modify its terms at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account will not be affected by subsequent changes.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time on a 1jj5 account unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 1jj5 may refuse or reclaim a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, or any other manipulation of the bonus system.
• Free bets credited on 1jj5 must be used within the stated validity period. Returns from free bets do not include the value of the free bet stake itself.

The 1jj5 Refer a Friend programme allows registered users to earn cash rewards by inviting friends to join the platform. The following rules apply to all referrals made through the 1jj5 referral system:

• A qualified referral requires the referred person to register via your unique 1jj5 referral link and complete their first deposit of at least Rs 200.
• The referral reward is Rs 1,000 per qualified referral at the Starter tier, increasing to Rs 1,200 (Silver), Rs 1,500 (Gold), and Rs 2,000 (Platinum) as monthly referral milestones are reached.
• Referral rewards are credited as real cash — not bonus funds — and can be withdrawn immediately with no wagering requirements.
• You may not refer yourself, a family member living at the same address, or anyone using the same device or IP address as your own account.
• 1jj5 reserves the right to cancel referral rewards if the referred account is found to be a duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
• Tier status is assessed monthly. Moving up a tier does not apply retroactively to referrals already paid out in the same month.
• 1jj5 may modify or discontinue the Refer a Friend programme with reasonable notice. Existing unpaid rewards at the time of any change will be honoured.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1jj5. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on 1jj5 using any combination of names, addresses, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to place bets, scrape data, or interact with 1jj5 in a way that is not through normal human operation of the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting errors in odds, software, or promotional terms — commonly referred to as "arbing," "bonus hunting," or "glitch exploitation."
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes, share information to gain unfair advantage, or engage in any form of match-fixing or spot-fixing activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering. 1jj5 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during a verification check.
• Attempting to access another user's 1jj5 account without authorisation.
• Using the 1jj5 platform in any way that causes disruption, harm, or inconvenience to other users or to the operation of the platform itself.

• 1jj5 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible.
• 1jj5 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or third-party service disruptions outside our direct control.
• Odds displayed on 1jj5 are not guaranteed until a bet is confirmed. If an odds error is discovered after bet confirmation, 1jj5 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• 1jj5 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings. Pakistani users are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax obligations on gambling winnings.
